I'm a devoted, loyal (sometimes bordering on fangirling) supporter of everything Ben Howard - he is a genius!! Lyrically, musically, instinctively and intuitively he's 100% on the money. My aim from the offset with my humble little YouTube channel was to just make ONE largely unknown Ben tune available - that tune is Ocean Song, which I found by pure fluke after purchasing a surfing dvd made by Sharktooth productions ( http://rise-surf.co.uk/ ) called "Rise" (the dvd can still be purchased on amazon - just search for 'rise' by sharktooth) as the dvd neared the end I heard a very familiar guitar style, then the voice - so stunned and blown away was I, that I honestly couldn't believe my ears....I won't go on but you get the point! Since uploading Ocean Song in August 2013 - which recently hit the 20,000 views milestone, spreading the Ben Howard love, love, love far and wide and beyond, is my ONLY motivation!
