I''ve spent 10 years in Arma 3 Millism and 9 in the same billet as a small unit leader. I have held that billet for unit transitions from Conventional Army, to Conventional Marine, and to Marine Special Forces. Due to my billet, my love and focus has always been on small unit tactics and individual performance.
